How to Develop a Strong Immune System
Here are some tips on how to get better quicker when you are sick or prevent getting sick when you feel like you are getting sick.

- Focus on your body recovering hard and always think positive.
- Drink/eat lots of vitamin C. Lemon juice, orange juice, lemons, limes, grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, etc. Vitamin C is proven to help the function of the immune system.
- Drink A LOT of water. It will assist in flushing out some bugs in your body, and help prevent more getting in.
- Make sure to rest as much as possible. If you feel like you may be getting sick, take the day off to rest.
- Take airborne. It boosts your immune system.
- Chicken noodle soup is a good dinner or lunch. For breakfast eating lots of fresh fruits and healthy stuff is good too.
- If you are already sick, rest a lot.
- Have somebody go to the store for you and get you a Fuze drink. They are very healthy and they make you feel better.
- Take medicine. It helps you because it's SUPPOSED to help you!
- Don't be active. It's usually a good thing, but it's not if you're sick.
- Don't go near anyone or anything.
- WASH YOUR HANDS. Staying clean is very important to keep germs away. Take baths and showers, too.
- Don't live in a ridiculously clean environment, this especially affects children. Not being exposed to common bacteria can weaken your immune system. It's good to be sanitary, but don't get carried away.
- Not only is it important to keep your hands clean, but you should also keep your mouth clean; brush your teeth more than usual.
- Don't stick your fingers in your mouth, eyes, ears, nose; anywhere that can get inside your body and attack your organs. If you have any cuts or open wounds, keeping them clean is essential because germs and bacteria can very easily make you sick quickly if they get in your bloodstream.
