Step 1: Pat Your Meat
Buy your ground beef, but make sure to wash your hands before and after using the raw meat. Get out your meat and get your eggs. Get a glass bowl and mix the two together. They should feel like patties but thicker and harder.
Step 2: Get Your Ingredients Together
Lay your "patties" on max paper, then melt some butter and pour a bit on each one, then mash it a bit. Next, take a shaker and shake some vinegar over the "patties".
Step 3: Squeeze The Celery
This is one of the harder steps. You can do it in one of three ways, which are listed below.
The first way involves getting a bowl, your 8 or more stalks of celery, and then mashing the celery until little droplets of celery water come out. Repeat this step and remove chunks of celery at the same time, but it is ok if there is still any small little pieces of celery.
The second way involved getting a blender, putting the celery into it and blending. Then add the mix to a strainer and collect the water that goes through.
The third way is where you take a spoon, making sure the bent side is towards the celery. Push down and collect the water from the celery, and then add little cut up chunks of celery.
Step 4: Bring The Ingredients Together
Now you have to bring everything you have made into one being. So pour your celery "juice" into the glass bowl, then take your cup of sugar and add it, but remember to add less or more depending on how sweet you want it. By now you should have a liquid that is very runny, so add the meatballs sprinkling a tiny bit of pepper.
Step 5: Bake
Simply bake now! Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool for at least a minimum of 5 minutes then enjoy!
