A Summer's day

Ingredients
- 3 glasses of plain buttermilk
- 1 table spoon of finely chopped Mint leaves
- 1 table spoon of finely chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 table spoon of finely chopped Lemon leaves
- 1 tea spoon of finely chopped Green chillies
- 1/2 table spoon fresh ginger juice
- Lemon
- Salt to taste.
Steps
- Blend the buttermilk until smooth in a blender.
- Pour the buttermilk into a container.
- Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon leaves, green chillies and ginger juice.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Add salt to taste.
- Squeeze a fresh lemon in the end and mix again.
- Put on the lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shake the container well before serving.
- Serve cool.
Tips
- For the drink to taste good, all the leaves must be finely chopped.
- Grind the ginger to get the juice.
- If you aren't quite sure about the amount of salt to be used, just add 3 table spoons and taste it. Add more if needed.
