Steps

1. Compliment her on her brilliant taste in clothes and stress how much you'd love to be as well-dressed as her.
2. Explain that you'd love to experiment with clothes more but you don't have enough money to buy lots of new things.
3. Offer to let her take her pick of your wardrobe if she'll lend you something in return. (If you haven't got many clothes it may be best to wait until your friend has agreed to swap before you let her see the contents of your wardrobe.)
4. Promise to wash and iron her clothes before you give it back to her. You will even dry-clean them if necessary.
5. Promise to give her clothes back on an agreed date-and stick to that date to ensure she's happy to swap with you again.
