1. Travel with a tour is easiest way to travel and to see the beautiful sights. Search online for a Travel Agent that handles tours to Antarctica.

   Know that if you live in the eastern hemisphere you should look for a tour that runs out of Tasmania, Australia. Antarctica is about a 3 hour flight and a few tours are located there as well.

   Remember that if you live in the western hemisphere look for a tour from the lower portion of South America.
4. Travel by plane, on what will most likely be a long flight to join in on the tour itelf. Some tours in both Australia and South America set-up the flight to their specified location.

• Travel to Antarctica can be relatively expensive, and if you can afford it, it is an amazing tour.
• Weather in Antarctica is extreme. Be prepared for intense sun, wild wind, ice, and extreme cold.
• Verify with your photo equipment vendor that your photo equipment can withstand extreme weather.
• Carry out absolutely everything that you carry in. Leave no trace.
