1 Brie Circle
1 Packet of Puff Pastry
4 Rashers of Bacon, fried and chopped
A Star Cutter
STEP 1: MIX INGREDIENTS
Break up the brie and back into small pieces and mix it with the onion chutney.
STEP 2: CUT AND FILL STARS
Roll out your puff pastry with the star cutter and place a spoonful of mixture on one half of the star, then get another one and layer it on top.
STEP 3: BAKE AND SERVE
Brush the stars with egg white and bake at 180C for 10 minutes until the pastry is golden and risen and serve hot.
