Chilli Beef Stir Fry With Cashew Nuts l Joe Wicks, The Body Coach

The Body Coach Joe Wicks is back, showing you how to make a quick healthy stir fry dish with chilli beef and cashew nuts perfect for eating clean.

INGREDIENTS:
450 g Diced Beef
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Bag Of Rice
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Fresh Chilli
Handful Of Cashew Nuts
1 Sliced Red Pepper
Handful of Baby Corn
1 Garlic Clove
Fresh Basil Leaves to Serve

METHOD:

STEP 1: ALL INGREDIENTS IN A PAN
Melt the coconut oil in a hot wok or frying pan. Add in your beef and fry for a couple of minutes until it starts to colour. Add in the garlic and chilli and fry for 1 minute. Next add your red pepper, baby corn and the soy sauce and give everything a good toss. Scatter over the cashew nuts and leave to cook for a few more minutes.

STEP 2: FINISH AND SERVE
Serve with some rice and a few leaves of fresh basil.
