Barry Lewis from My Virgin Kitchen shows you how to make a tomato and mozzarella pizza on the barbecue.
Ready made Pizza dough
Extra virgin olive oil
Mozzarella Ball Parmesan
STEP 1: PREPARE THE BASE
Put about a table spoon of Olive Oil on to the ready rolled pizza dough then get a pastry brush and give the dough a light coating all over making sure there are no dry edges.
STEP 2: MARINARA SAUCE
Add the marinara sauce to the base of the pizza, keep it light so that the pizza isn’t too heavy.
STEP 3: CHEESE AND BASIL
Cut up the Mozzarella ball into slices and place onto the pizza until covered. Then put fresh basil all over.
STEP 4: PARMESAN
Sprinkle some Parmesan over the pizza and now you have your pizza prepared.
STEP 5: FINISH AND SERVE
put onto a BBQ pizza stone or an over for around 8-10 Minutes and now you have a golden brown crisp pizza. Finish off with a flavoured oil or some ground black pepper to really bring out the flavour.
