DIY Posh Pot Noodle

Here’s how to make a pot noodle, a delicious noodle soup jar perfect for lunch – once made, all you have to do is top it up with boiling water and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
Handful Dried Noodles
Handful Tinned Sweetcorn
Handful Cooked Prawns
Handful Bean Sprouts
Handful Mixed Asian Veg
1/2 Spring Onion
1 cm Ginger
1 tsp Fresh Coriander
1-2 tsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Miso Paste
1 1/2 tsp Bouillon/Stock Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Juice of Half A Lime

STEP 1: NOODLES
Cook your noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Transfer to the bottom of your transferable jars and leave to cool.

STEP 2: MIX SAUCE
In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, bouillon, ginger, miso, hot sauce and the juice of half a lime. Spoon a couple of teaspoons on top of your noodles.

STEP 3: PACK INTO JAR
Add your cooked prawns, lightly fried veg, sweetcorn, spring onions and coriander on top of the noodles and sauce. Spoon over a couple more teaspoons of the sauce.

STEP 4: FINISH AND SERVE
Seal the jar and leave in the fridge until you’re ready to eat then pour over boiling water.
