This recipe for Doritos crusted chicken with a blue cheese dip can be rustled up in no time, plus it’s probably the greatest snack on earth you can share with your friends.
Here’s how to make it:
2 Packs of Doritos
600 g Chicken Fillets
250 ml Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
250 ltr Sour Cream
150 g Blue Cheese
Pre-heat the oven to 200c
Slice chicken fillets in half. Crush both flavours of Nachos in separate bowls until they create a breadcrumb like texture. Crack on egg into a separate bowl. Dip the chicken finger in egg bowl then into the crumbed nachos.
Place crumbed finger into a greased baking tray. Bake for around 20 minutes.
Now to make the blue cheese sauce, break two eggs, white wine vinegar and Dijon mustard into a bowl and blitz together with hand blender.
Season with Salt and Pepper and add Sour Cream. Crumble Blue cheese into the mix and blend again.
Serve the fingers on a plate with the sauce to tip, top the sauce with some chopped chives.
