If an opportunity presents itself earlier in the date where you could actually kiss the woman you're on a date with, absolutely go for it. There's that great scene from 'Annie Hall' where Woody Allen, before dinner, tells Anne Keaton that he wants to kiss her so he could get all the nervous energy out of the way and enjoy his dinner. That's actually incredible dating advice, because what it's doing is allowing you to get that nervous tension out of the way so you can enjoy the rest of your date.
