Will reducing stress help with phobias?
Now, most people don't know, but stress and anxiety are actually two separate things. So if you have stress in your life, if you're always too busy, and you're always late, and you're on the go, and you just have no time, that can actually make your body get more revved up and can make you feel more anxious. So reducing stress can be really helpful, however, simply reducing stress is not enough to treat a phobia. You also have to work on the phobia directly.
