Chiropractors are back specialist and equipped to deal with most every back condition. However, there are conditions that the chiropractor would work with the medical specialists such as cancer in the back. That's the domain of the medical specialist. The chiropractor can work with the patient to decrease the pain and increase their level of comfort. But, chiropractive is not used to treat cancer.
