Most of all tattoos can be covered in one shape or form. Go in and speak with your tattoo artist, so that you can determine what type of design is right for you and what will be going over that other tattoo. You definitely don't want it to look like one tattoo on top of the other. Remember, you are entering into a compromise situation; however, we are usually able to cover up most designs.
