It's perfectly OK to use meal points for dinner because student points in college is like a haven for anyone. You can also mix up the cuisine, like one day, let's get order pizza. Next day, let's get some Chinese. Next day, let's go to the campus center. You can't do wrong with student points. That's as good as money, even better than money because it feels like you are on a shopping spree when you are on the date.
