It's possible to lighten your hair with lemons. Lemon juice is acidic and therefore, when you put that on the hair, most people go out in the sun, and they're around the salt water or chlorine, and so it will lighten your hair. It's not going to lighten it as quickly as a hair colorist will, but it can lighten your hair.
