It's not that the rate of growth of the hair is different, it's that we shave different parts of our bodies. So, the hair on your face will look like it's growing faster only because the second it comes back out, you have more hair right on the face. The second it comes out, you see it right away. As an example, the hair on my legs, even though it's grown back, it will not be visible immediately so I could get away with two days.
