When dealing with buyers, on the first viewing I don't think it's really important to ask a lot of questions on your prospective buyers. I think it's important to make sure that you keep a note of their name and phone numbers, and any comments they've made about your house when they've gone round. So, on the first viewing I think it can be a little intrusive to ask too many questions and can be a bit off-putting to potential buyers.
