Indigestion alone will not kill you, it is usually a symptom of something else that has gone wrong. If you eat spicy foods or you eat too fast, you know the phrase, it's not sitting well. Actually, that's a medical term for when there is dysperia which means that the indigestion is causing a chemical malfunction within the body and is trying to get rid of the food faster than normally allowed to process. So what happens is that if you eat too much of the same type of food your body will react, developing peptic ulcers or causing other types of illnesses. So indigestion is again one of those things that is telling you to alter your eating habits or eat different types of foods as your body changes throughout the different cycles of your life.
