What are the do's and don'ts of circle skirts?

I love a circle skirt because it's so versatile. If you want to wear it I suggest wearing it with something that is a bit more fitted at top. Maybe a cute little camisole. Perhaps a turtleneck that's fitted in the winter with a bow or a cute tie in the front. They are really fun and girly skirts. They are also voluminous so if you are wearing them you don't want a big top since it's sort of a big, pretty, girly, circly bottom. You don't want the top to overload the whole look and end up making you look like a potato sack rather than a pretty girl.
