Mini skirts are cute. Again, you don't want them to be too mini. I believe that, again, it's sort of like an age thing. You want to, if you're a fun young loving kind of chickadee that's going out on the town, throw on a mini with some heels. But otherwise you would be very careful with how you wear it. If you're a more mature woman and you want to wear a mini skirt, you need to pair it with something that updates and matures the overall look, nothing that shows your underwear though. It's a pretty good rule of thumb that the mini skirt is not shorter than the pockets of the denim. Britney Spears is a mini skirt don't. Victoria Beckham is a mini skirt don't. She does that a lot.
