There are so many women that still are concerned about bulking up from lifting weights. Let me ask you a question. Ladies, when's the last time that you worked-out for three weeks and you woke up and you were just enormous? You absolutely looked like Sheera Warrior Princess. It's not going to happen. Women only have about 1/1 of the testosterone in their bodies as men have and just from that simple physiological difference it is impossible for women to gain that much muscle mass. It just won't happen.
