The worst part of my job is trying to sometimes persuade clients to make a change within themselves. Exorcism is often a two-way process. Often I see people who have had conditions for a very long time, and sometimes the clients attract spirits for all kinds of reasons. Just removing the spirit is simply not enough in some cases. Something about the client has to change in order to make sure the situation doesn't occur in future. Unfortunately, clients sometimes just want quick fixes to remove and deal with the problem, but they won't accept or deal with it if the part of the problem is themselves. I find that quite difficult.
