What tips do you have to keep weight off?
I would have to say mindfully eating, understanding what you are eating. Looking at everything that comes in your body and you don't have to scrutinize it but just ask yourself what is this doing for me? Is this going to satisfy my protein requirement or is this junk? I recommend just at all times going back to the fundamentals. What is this going to do for me? Do I need this? I have to say continue sipping, don't gulp. I would have to say don't go back to eating the sugary stuff even if you can only eat a small bite, don't even do that. Why do that? You don't need it anymore. You're beyond that now. What is it going to do for you? You just have to live your life with food as sustenance. Don't drink when you eat because there is only so much room in your new body in your new stomach and just continuing to make sure that you're seeking out your support because, you know, one bad thing can happen in your life again that may trigger some emotions that are left inside of you. So you want to make sure you have the support group and you are attending it and you have your support network because the last thing you want is to cause damage to your body which can happen after this.
