Organic farming is all about looking at the farm as a whole living organism and about prevention rather than cure, so there are some ties with complimentary medicines. We would encourage farms to use homeopathy in the first instance if there was a problem. However, if the animal didn't respond then we would allow them to use targeted antibiotics to cure them.
