Developing a good science experiment again is just like writing a great research paper. What do you want to prove to the reader with your experiment? Create an experiment that you want to see, you want to learn more about, something that you would want to experiment with or explore for yourself for the future. Remember if you are questioning it and carrying out an experiment, maybe somebody else is questioning it and you can add to the current body of literature that is out there relating to that experiment.
