How do I create a health journal?
Creating a health journal is really easy. It's as easy as going to any store and buying a notebook. You can make it as complicated as you want to. What I've done over the years is I've always made Xerox copies of the lab results that I get from my doctor. Over time I collected enough and bound them into a book, put some blank pages in there and wrote down some important aspects of my health. A health journal is really simple. The key is saving this book, because things get lost and things get misplaced. What you want to be able to do if you change HIV doctors or you want to track something, say you're getting cold sores on your lips and you want to know how often does that occur, you can just jot something down and be able to track that over time. It's important not to lose your health journal, though.
