The first way is to choose the doctor. If it's somebody you're familiar with and they have a medical spa, I think that's a good start. The other option is to ask your friends who they go to; a referral from a friend is certainly a good idea. On the other hand, if you're familiar with a spa, you may want to look for the appropriate accreditation. Certainly, having a friend who has been to that spa and has felt comfortable there is as good a suggestion as any.
