That's a skill. Delegating is a skill that you have to sort of teach yourself, and it begins with trusting other people. Getting over the notion that you're the only person who can do anything right. Other people have skills that you don't have. Find those people. Going to the doctor is essentially delegating your health care. We all go to the doctor. Delegate other things. Delegate what you're not so good at. And do what you are good at.
