When you get to the end of the path of LIFE you must do the following: First: Repay the bank all loans with interest. Second: Sell your house back to the bank for the price listed on the card. Move your career card and pay raises out of play. Keep your long-term investment card. You will spin on your turn and collect whenever your number is spun. Keep your “SHARE THE WEALTH CARDS”. They can still be played until all players complete the game. Collect $10,000 for each of your children from the bank. Choose a place to retire, either MILLIONAIRE ESTATES or COUNTRYSIDE ACRES and wait until all of the players have retired. There are advantages and disadvantages to retiring at either one. RETIRING AT MILLIONAIRE ESTATES: If you are the first to retire to MILLIONAIRE ESTATES, take a look at the three LIFE tiles placed there in the beginning of the game. Choose one and return the other 2 to the space. The next player to retire chooses from the two remaining LIFE tiles and returns the one back to its place. The third player to retire gets the last tile. Any players after that do not get any tiles. Your LIFE tiles are not safe if the draw pile runs out so watch out for another player stealing yours if they land on a Yellow LIFE SPACE. RETIRING AT COUNTRY ACRES: IF you retire at COUNTRY ACRES you get no additional LIFE TILES but the ones you have are safe. No one can take them. WHO IS THE WINNER: The player with the highest total value after adding up their cash and LIFE TILE values wins the game. DONE
