Orange Spaces
Most ORANGE SPACES represent an important LIFE choice. Whenever you reach one you have to STOP … follow the directions and spin again.
“COLLEGE CAREER CHOICE” space requires you do just that…pick a college career. Do that by selecting 2 cards from the COLLEGE CAREER cards. Look at both and choose one. Place that card face up in front of you and put the other card back in the deck.
On a CHANGE YOUR CAREER space you can change your CAREER for a COLLEGE CAREER or take a $20,000 salary increase. If you choose COLLEGE CAREER then randomly draw two cards from the COLLEGE CAREER deck. You can pick one or keep the CAREER card you already have.
When you hit "get married" take another people peg for your car and one LIFE TILE. Then you get to spin for gifts. 10, 9, or 8 gets you $10,000 from each player. Spin 7, 6, or 5 and you get $5000. 4, 3, 2, or 1 gets you nothing. If a player can’t afford to give a gift they must borrow from the bank.
On a BUY A STARTER HOME space you take a look at all the available STARTER HOME CARDS and decide which one you want. Pay the bank the price on the card. If you don’t have the cash you must borrow from the bank.
When you land on RETURN TO SCHOOL you must decide whether to return to school or continue on the path of life. If you go back to school you must pay the bank 50 grand.
When you land on a Get Married Space you get a PEG for the car and one LIFE TILE. Then you get to spin for gifts. 10, 9, or 8 gets you $10,000 from each player. Spin 7, 6, or 5 and you get $5000. 4, 3, 2, or 1 gets you nothing. If a player can’t afford to give a gift they must borrow from the bank.
BUY A BETTER house gives you the option to sell your starter house for a new and better one. If you choose to upgrade look at the HOUSE cards and choose the house you want. Sell your starter to the bank for the price listed and buy the new house. If you don’t have the money then borrow from the bank. And remember you can never own more then one house at a time.
A “RISKY PATH” space offers you many “SPIN TO WIN” opportunities that could net you some serious cash. Or you can choose to take the SAFE PATH.
