The way to wear a car safety belt when you're pregnant is really the same way as when you are not pregnant. Make sure that you always have the shoulder belt between your neck and the top of your arm, crossing your chest, and the lap belt low on your thighs, not up on the abdomen. Always sit up straight in the car and wear your safety belt snug to your body. That allows you to ride down a crash in the best possible way.
