One of the things that I watch out for is I make sure I shave with the grain, because when I shave in the direction that the hair grows, or sideways to the hair, I am guaranteed not to have bumps and no in-growns. And that's really the idea, because shaving the bikini line is really to have a very nice, smooth bikini line when I'm going around with my bathing suit. If I'm going to replace hair with bumps and in-grown, that wouldn't make sense. So, shave with the grain, and prepare your skin properly. That's what I would do.
