First of all, look at the background of the bicycle store - the owner, their customer service, which you can check out on line. It's just the knowledge of that bike shop, the history of it. That's what I think. Trace it. For us at Bike Attack, I have massive experience. My main goal is for customer service. We give free lifetime service. We try to only sell the products that we really ride, especially for me. I can't bull people around, I'm just going to tell you, "Hey, that's no good. That's going to live and that's okay, but if you're going to use it a lot, I would use this. It costs more, but you get more out of it. In the long run it pays off."
