You can, but it's not advised. This is because when you are sunburned, your skin has been aggressed by the sun and it's in pain. The only thing that you would want to do when you have a sunburn is to, first, take care of the sunburn before you take care of shaving. In that respect, I would recommend that you use certain products that will cool off your skin and calm the irritation of the sunburn, before thinking about shaving.
