How do you keep fit?
You can do pilates, yoga. You can go to the gym, swimming. You can do anything. But you can also survive on doing class and rehearsals. You don't have to put all the extra work . . . I mean, pilates is really good because it sort of balances everything out. And it works really well. And when you're working this hard, I don't really see how running in the gym for a half an hour is really going to help you because you're just going to burn off calories and exhaust yourself. So you've got to be careful.
