How do you calm down a crazy bride?

Brides tend to be crazy with either excitement or worry. You basically have to figure out what's triggering the bride's crazy behaviour. If they're excited then you just say “oh, isn't it wonderful!” You get them to a point where you can slightly calm them down, but to be honest you don't really want to calm down a crazily excited bride because it's their wedding day--they should be crazily excited. A crazy, worried bride, on the other hand, is something we don't like having, because the whole point of hiring us is so that they won't worry. So if the bride is crazily worried, we sit and we talk to her about what she's worried about and we present them with the solutions to what she's worried about. That normally takes a lot of the pressure off them and the crazy bride tends to relax.
