How much water should I drink for healthy skin?
Water in the skin is another of these half-truths. You need to drink enough water for your general health, to keep your urine output, your kidneys working at a resonable rate for it to clear some of the toxins. Not all toxins are cleared by the kidneys, but some are. A good guideline about how much water you can take is if you keep your urine looking a light amber color. If it's too dark brown or yellow, you're not drinking enough. If it's too pale, you're drinking too much. So that's a good guidance.
