Online virtual tours are really important to home buyers. When they see a virtual tour of a home, they're seeing a panoramic view of the backyard, of the master bedroom, of the dining room. By seeing that and then going to the property it's really a second showing for them. So the fact that they're going to the property gives them, they're excited about the property. The fact that they're excited is because they saw the virtual tour initially which prompted them to go to the house. I think they're very key in getting buyers to the property.
