Selling your home in a slow market and being on call is mandatory. To show the house at any given moments notice is mandatory. It has to be done. I could get a phone call with someone driving down the street. I'm ready to show it. You've got to make sure the house is ready and in show condition throughout the day, throughout the weekend.
