Broker/agent previews are very important. Basically an agents coming in on a Tuesday afternoon to take a look at the home to see if it matches up to his buyers requirements. If he doesn't see the home, he won't know if this is the home for his buyer. If he happens to think it looks warm, bedroom count, bathroom count, great backyard, he's going to call his buyer immediately, call a meeting and set up an appointment to see the home, so it's imperative.
