Print advertising is really important. If a buyer is not represented by an agent who is affiliated with the multiple listing service, that buyer, he or she, is going to be looking in the paper to see what homes are going to be open on a Sunday. So again, if they are not represented by an agent or broker, print advertising really gets them to the property.
