If your house isn't selling it's probably because of the price, but as far as incentives right now the market's not to that point. If the market got real down, sellers could really participate in giving concessions to the buyer. Maybe some escrow fees, titles fees, paying for a home warranty. Maybe an added bonus of a price reduction but we're just not there right now.
