In excess, alcohol will actually affect the brain cells. In other words, if you drink too much alcohol, you'll find that the brain cells can actually be affected by dying because there's too much alcohol within your system, in your brain. Keep alcohol down to a social level - one drink. Taking an excess of alcohol or any excess of drugs can actually damage the brain, because you're actually damaging brain cells. Damaged brain cells will create a damaged memory.
