breast growth in men can be normal during early adolescence meaning during puberty because sometimes the balance of men hormones and female hormones in a man is not completely in place and therefore the breast can be stimulated in men and they can develop a little lamp under the breasts, under the nipple during puberty these is sometimes only present on one side, sometimes its present on both, sometimes its tender it usually is but not always and it will usually last in the order of a few months usually not more than six months and certainly not more than a year, depending of the age of the patient if the patient is pass puberty I think any kind of growth under the nipple need in a man need to be considered seriously in order to make certain that is not some malignant process with in the memory gland.
