The best tip I can give you for deciding you mobile device password is to keep it short. The shorter your password is the better, in terms of easily using your device on a daily basis. However, if your mobile device's password is too short, then it's too easy to figure out. Use unique characters such as a question mark, exclamation mark or the pound sign. Alternate between capital letters, lowercase letters and numbers, making your mobile device password that much more difficult to figure out.
