She was a news anchor for a very popular news show in Florida. She was on the morning show there. And at 9:38, she pulled out a gun and she said, "In keeping with prime time's of always showing you the latest in blood and guts, you're going to see for the first time an attempted suicide on screen." She pulled out a gun and shot herself. And of course, they rolled to camera. But she remains the only TV anchor to ever to try to kill herself on screen, which eventually, she died.
