What should I consider when choosing caterers?

When choosing your caterer for a party, make sure that the quality of their food is up to par. Also get references. Find out whose who have used them before. Possibly it's maybe someone in your own industry. This way you can talk the same language. Make sure that the caterer shows up on time, discuss all these factors with the people who've used the caterer before. Talk about the quantity of food, the way the food is styled, what their staff wears, even as down to what kind of truck they come in. Make sure that the food is going to be refrigerated on the way over, and if the caterers are going to set up a portable kitchen, are they going to set it up in your garage with ovens and tables? Are they going to use your kitchen? Do they take the trash away. It's a lot of questions when it comes to the caterer. So the biggest recommendation is to get recommendations.
