Some of the tips that you should consider when choosing a vendor, is first of all - the person you're talking to, are they going to provide the service or are they subcontracting someone? What is the length of their service? What deposits are required? What distance do they travel? What equipment do they need from you - whether it's a table to set up or some of their equipment? What power requirements? Do they need shade? Most of the vendors will tell you what they need in advance, so be sure to ask, and ask them to be specific.
