Generally, a party layout is considered the way you're positioning all of the furniture, the setup, the buffet, and where everything's going in the party. It's a diagram or a schematic of where the tables will be, where the chairs will be, where the buffet will be, and where the cake table will be. It's nothing more than a layout of everything that you're having at the party.
